Andrew Viragh, Principal
Sonder Hospitality was founded in 2018 after identifying the growing need for targeted expertise in guest focused operations. Whether building restaurants or hotels from the ground up or improving existing operations, our passion is enhancing effectiveness between operations and guest experiences. At the heart of Sonder Hospitality is Andrew Viragh. With more the 20- years of industry experience, Andrew is well established nation-wide as the preferred hospitality consultant for thoughtful dining experiences rooted in guests- centric process implementation. Andrew and the team at Sonder Hospitality are focused on client results and seamless integration of stakeholder goals. Anticipating needs before they arise, our relationship-focused team will bring your vision to life.

Nannette Bell
Network Principal
Nannette (she/her/hers) is a marketing and business development consultant with proven results in growing profitability and performance in both Fortune 500 and closely held businesses. Nannette has a degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and attended San Diego State University MBA program specializing in marketing, family and closely held business management, and entrepreneurship through a cultural anthology lens. Today Nannette provides actionable solutions to hospitality clients using client data to create strategic plans that align with business vision and client goals.
Ashwini Kherdekar, LCSW
Network Principal
Ashwini (Ash-win-ee)(she/her/hers )is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, whose work is centered on learning and development for leaders and building solidarity and cohesion within groups. Ashwini has had a long career working with diverse populations in a variety of organizational settings. It is Ash's desire to help leaders improve effectiveness AND do so mindfully, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equity. Ashwini has two graduate degrees, one in Interpersonal Communication from New York University and one in Social Work from the City University of New York.
Drew Lucido
Associate
Drew (he/him/his) is a hospitality professional with a background in operations development and management. He is focused on guest-centric hospitality and helping to grow equity through the implementation of standardized systems and processes. Drew has an extensive background in beverage; this includes being knowledgeable of consumer trends as well as creating sustainable and profitable programs rooted in culinary techniques.
Sandra Nevarez
Associate, Taskforce
Sandra (she/her/hers) is a business administrator with an extensive background in hospitality operations and project management. Sandra serves as the administrative backbone for her projects. She has a strong focus on HR advancements, overseeing personnel, and creating structure and routine in daily operations. She specializes in policies and procedures, determining employee performance and training needs, creating recruitment plans, training schedules, evaluation standards and deep research into market and industry needs. Her background in a wide range of hospitality and corporate environments has given her extensive knowledge in various technology packages and personality types which enable her to curate processes and models to meet the individual needs of each client. Sandra serves as the key administrator for Sonder and offers a depth of support and resources to their clients.
Courtney Arnet
Associate, Taskforce
Courtney, she/her/hers, is a seasoned hospitality professional with a keen focus and passion for operations development, implementation and opening task-force projects. Her experience spans from quick-service concepts to fine dining restaurants. She has opened or managed concepts ranging from independently owned restaurants, multi-unit concepts, and club or property environments with multiple outlets. In each project Courtney finds great satisfaction in working with new teams. Whether it’s training someone new to the industry or providing additional growth and capacity to a seasoned veteran, Courtney is excited to develop thoughtful responses and processes to the ever-changing landscape of the hospitality industry. Her success is based on a foundation of creating sustainable environments focused on clarity and mutual respect around expectations and goals.
